Our custom bandsaw mill, specially created by Stan, is the heart of our building process. These mills have generated great interest from hobbyist woodworkers, and are now available for purchase.

The Mt. Baker Mill is half the weight of the traditional bandsaw mill - and half the cost. It is designed to roll on an easy-to-build base made of 2x4's of any length.

The Mt. Baker Mill is designed to roll on an easy to build base made of 2x4's of any length. The mill is powered by a 6.5 hp motor. It has a mechanical clutch that uses a spring to hold it off and on. Quick blade tension is done with the throw of a handle. A hand winch raises the blade up or down. It can locked with a turn of the handle so accurate cuts can be made. An adjustable pointer and rule shows the amount of cut.
