At Mt. Baker Puzzle Books, each puzzle is unique and treated with utmost care. So are our customers! We meet wonderful people everywhere when we travel the art show circuit with our products. We take pride in serving them with the best and most personal customer service.

Below is an excerpt from an e-mail we received in late December last year. A mishap during shipping had damaged a book intended as a Christmas gift. The frantic customer contacted us with only days to spare before Christmas day. We immediately furnished a replacement book and paid for express shipping.

"It is people like you and your husband that make my wife and I proud to say we are from Bellingham, WA. Your quick call and generous solution are appreciated beyond my humble words of thanks. I can tell you that the person that will really appreciate your kindness will be our daughter on Christmas day. Again, thank you so much for making this Christmas a special one, and reminding me of the goodness in people. "

And after another Christmas "rescue", this e-mail came on December 20th:

"Stan and Connie - Absolutely beautiful. Just received it last night. Actually, I think the yew wood is even more beautiful than the first one sent. The packaging worked perfectly, and it arrived in spotless condition. Our son home from college liked the first one so much, we decided to give it to him. I mean what I said earlier, your actions of trust and generosity will be rewarded on earth and in heaven ... Have a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year and thank you again.
